Chicago Bears NFL Draft Options

Da Bears have the 7th pick in the year's NFL Draft, and they have many holes to fill, They did a somewhat decent job in the free agency by addressing there needs, but they still need a lot of help. If possible Da Bears should trade down there #7th pick and acquire some more draft pick's in this year's draft. Say for example they trade down with Cleveland or SF and swap first round picks with one of them plus receive a few more draft picks. With there first pick in 1st rd if  CB Michigan State Trae Waynes who is the best/fastest CB in the draft. Since the draft is stocked with great WR's Da Bears can take a great/ready to start WR on the second day of the draft.
